Shipping Information
Before sending in your quilt, please contact us so that we can get your quilt scheduled for quilting. Average turn around time is about two weeks.

When shipping your quilt to me, do not use the word "QUILT" anywhere on your shipping label. This is a precaution for the safety of your quilt. As a long arm quilter, I want to ensure that your quilt arrives to me safely. There have been reports where quilts have been stolen when it is obvious that the package contains a quilt. My return label to you will only have my name and address.

Please note that there are three (8) eights with a one (1) on each end of the eights in my address. Packages have been delayed in arriving because the address had been written incorrectly.

Shipping charges will be $10 - $15 for the average quilt. When I return your quilt to you, I will insure it for $100. If you want to insurance it for more than $100, please let me know so we can work something out.

Include with your quilt, your name and address and telephone number where I can reach you if I have any questions.

Payments
I do not require a down payment before I begin quilting. Once I have received your quilt, I will measure it and figure the charge for quilting and any other charges that may be needed or that we discussed. The bill will be emailed to you or mailed, if you prefer. Once you have received the bill, you will need to give me your approval and then I will begin quilting.

When your quilt is finished, I will ship it back to you after I have received your payment. I accept checks or money orders. If sending a personal check, quilt will be held until after check clears my bank.
